I had plans with a friend and the date and time was already confirmed, but 45 minutes before the confirmed time, she messages me: "Sorry I forgot I'm having dinner with my friend"
I responded:
"Oh, it's okay I understand"
But also I stop responding for some time afterwards... And then she asked me if I'm mad at her. I responded:
"It's okay, I'm not mad at you"
"Just trying to accept how insignificant my value is to you"

And then she kept apologizing and later told me that I made her cry and feel so guilty

Even if she double booked the date and time, and honestly forgot, she still chose her friend over you. That’s okay if you are okay with not being her first choice.
