I Hate Liars, Backstabbers, and Drama Queens

Work with a bunch of people that go run to their managers telling them I never sent them anything so I have to explain to my VP and manager that it was sent, there was a live presentation, sent skype logs showing the discussion, and there was documentation emailed out. Yet my VP couldn't stand up and tell them they were wrong, my manager even got in a yelling match with him. Keeps happening with the same people, never once have they accepted blame or hinted at an apology even after it is clear they are wrong. Gets really old
