Especially when I had been kind with them.. and they turn out to be bitches.

The main reason you are upset, is when you fear rejection. ..

If we fear not been liked, then we react, you react because you want to be liked and admired. ..

You fear
Been alone
Been lonely
Been rejected
Been left behind

Your life insecureties are running you... not these girls (they are just girl's man)
