I have to say I find it completely laughable when I hear people say, "don't judge me." I don't have the vocal cord strength (or the patience) to explain to them that, there's fantasy and then, there's reality. The fantasy is that some people actually believe that being judged is a switch that can be flipped to "non-judgemental" whenever that shallow individual in a moment of self doubt and pique cry out and presto! they won't be judged.
The more sane among us of course understand that, we are "judged" from the cradle to the grave. Not liking this reality does not change one iota of that truth.
Anyway, I've mis-judged the time I put in to this opinion. Apologizies.

@Freeranger So.... The moment that judgement stops through acceptance of what it is is an impossible reality?
What is....is. To mentally or verbally judge you for instance, My thoughts about you need judgement.
