Yeah, every now and then, I come across someone who assumes that I'm just a dumb Mexican 🙄. Sometimes, all I have to do is mention that I have college degrees and they are like 👀.

They do the same thing when you have a southern accent. I laugh on the inside and will myself not to whip out a can of "southern belle can full of hell" on them. I used to think it was possibly that I was just not intelligent but then I realized it was their misconception of the south.
