Are u too nice?

Yep, there is such a thing!
For example: cheering ppl up, avoiding conflict, deferring to others, telling you what u want to hear, making u the center of the world, etc...

I used to be, then I realized that being nice too often and too much gets you nowhere.
I'm still nice & helpful in general, but on a deeper level I push for what I want and will not back down easily anymore :D
Changing my mindset was what got me promoted several times and also enabling me to do more for myself instead of always supporting other people.
