I dislike conflict a lot but sometimes it's nessesary

Bad customer service truly upsets me, and well this person today didn't want to give me a solution for something simple and I got really annoyed with them and after a lot they accepted to give me a solution but told me to calm down 😤😤😤 and I told them well I absolutely dislike bad customer service....

I dislike that one has to push people, put pressure on them, it's annoying, so they find a solution otherwise they don't bother! .

But good customer service makes me happy haha almost would purr like a kitten with it 😁🥰
