Yes I hate it but I’m not afraid of it.

I can handle conflict. I don’t take shit from nobody and if they have something to say, they should say that in my face! Not behind my back! I’m not afraid. Bring it on. Face it, none of us likes conflict but you can’t keep running away from it and avoid it forever. There’s times you’re gonna have to deal with it and solve problems and learn to face it. Like when someone’s pissed off at you you’re gonna have to deal with being called out and admit that you screwed up. Yes it’s very uncomfortable but discomfort is part of life.
