I Hate Conflict

I have an unhealthy desire to be liked so I will always avoid conflict. I will always go above and beyond to do favours for other people who always end up hating me. Logically, I know it is bad and I need to change so I am inviting any ideas on how I can get used to being hated so I can get on with standing for my rights!

Any tips on how I can do the firmly, because everytime I start I just want to cry and in an attempt to hold back my tears I start stuttering. 馃様

@Troublebrewing ohoh. 'No thanks' with a smile and keep busy doing something so u don't dwell on it too much. Also ward off tense situations w a lil humor..like if u are being pressured into doing something u don't want to...just make a lil joke like 'I'll start singing Justin bieber if I do that'
