Do you ever..

just hyper focus on someone's blinking whenever you are watching a movie or TV show or YT video or whatever. I can't focus on the video sometimes because I can only focus on how much they are blinking. I don't know.. it's weird.

No, but some people are more sensitive to small things.

It sounds as though, for you, this is like a visual stone in the shoe: once you do notice it, you can't stop noticing it, or unnotice it.
