how do you deal with annoying nuisance neighbours

overall i live in a safe ok neighbourhood, but there are one or two nuisance neighbours who blast loud bassy music from time to time, stuff like hip hop, rnb or rap, and i hate that with a passion....especially when they're being senseless and inconsiderate and letting the whole street hear their music from loud bassy speakers...........i think these people are street trash and they should be locked away from society forever and tormented until they are broken.....thats how strongly i feel about it.

why should i have my peace and quiet ruined by selfish inconsiderate no brained street trash?

does anyone else live in an area with these types and how do you deal with it, especially, if like me you like peace and quiet?

When I lived next door to some especially bass-loving individuals, I found that playing 'brown noise' drowned it out for the most part. I'd put a yt video or noise app, turn it up, then sleep or use headphones to watch stuff or listen to music. Sometimes I'd put some speakers outside and blast my Celtic music.
