Places To Sit For Silence

I have an obnoxious neighbor who slams her door on her apartment. So I go down to the 3rd floor where they have a patio for people to smoke. Also they have some seats for people to sit an get some peace & quiet. That's what I thought wrong I sat down next to white guy. He has an irritating laugh so loud people who are his friends. Listening to him tell him to shut up. I f went to see a movie in a theater he would get thrown out for his ridculous laugh. I have tell me in many different ways to shut up. Since I love bondage i'd ask them to ballgag me then.
