I got a new coworker that turned out to be annoying.

I can't say yet if I am biased.
But the others seem more competent than him.
I wasn't a genius either when I started working, but I like to say I do my own research and put in effort before I ask someone for help.
That is...well, something he lacks.

He's also a dad already and have work experience even before he joined us. So I guess I just expected more.
He has to be responsible at his home. That is a given. But he also has responsibilities at work, and simply put it, he has a habit of troubling people because he lacks responsibility and good management.

Idk. I am just pissed.
I like a good team, and we are. So he really needs to level up and start being hardworking and reliable at least.
