Do you find clingy people annoying???

It can depend on how clingy they are and you might have to really look at their background. I've met some females that are clingy for assistance, but not clingy emotionally or financially then of course I found some that are clingy financially and really don't give a crap about my welfare (hint siblings)

And if they're very depressive about woe is me I've had a hard life nothing ever goes right, well then yeah I can understand people like that are a tad annoying. Just I wouldn't say annoying, but can be very depressing.
