if you encounter someone who is too familiar with you, how should you deal with it

sometimes i encounter this online and offline too and i find it very annoying, someone who you interact with that you think is being too familiar when you don't know that person?

i know it sounds super sensitive, but encountering this really gets to me and i get really mad and upset.

so how should you deal with it?
