Well, listen to the lyrics carefully. Yeah he has a very southern accent. BTW, Arkansas is kind of the "armpit of America". I think you will listen to this song and be like, "Oh my Gyod that is so true!"

@SW-User I would hope non-Americans wouldn't have too much trouble understanding that. I think he exaggerates the accent honestly
