This is annoying

I'm seriously having second thoughts about ever engaging with Arabs in a course again.

Everything was going normal till some of the participants asked the lecturer if he can postpone the rest of the course till after exams and Eid 🤦‍♂️ (Eid ends July 12)

I'm not sure which exams are they referring to though because well the majority are from Saudi Arabia, they are Egyptians but live there and from what I believe some must have kids in high school? I don't know because as far as I know all schools exams are over in Egypt except highschool exams. But it's in Egyyypt!

There's also other members from Egypt, Turkey and I think I saw a UAE number today. 90% of them have Saudi numbers.

Anyway the lecturer then said he'll make a vote. And so far like 70% of them wants to postpone it. A lot voted no though which is good.

But the thing is I'm really annoyed because it was supposed to be a 21 days course! And they all have the option to watch the lectures any time they want and they have the option to download them and there's no deadlines. So what's the point of a vote anyway it's not legit. And I did mention that and some people are supporting what I said. I'm kinda causing a small revolution lol

That's it with Arabs we never finish something to the end and we take the easy way out! I love an environment where I'm surrounded by serious people who know what they want. This is ridiculous. I mean be lazy as much as you want but why be selfish and postpone the whole thing for everyone. And in case you are just busy again just sort yourself out without messing things up for the non busy ones.
