I was paying $160 by the time I got rid of my cable a couple of years ago. Now I pay about $30 for Prime, Hulu and Paramount + combined. Roku and Pluto are free. I don’t miss Comcast.

@bijouxbroussard who do you have?
jackson55 · M
@bijouxbroussard Got rid of cable TV when we moved 5 years ago. We stream what little TV we watch.

@Tastyfrzz Roku, which cost me $27 once for the unit, and the streaming services I mentioned that total about $30 a month. Roku has shows with no monthly fee. There are also free streaming services like Tubi and Pluto.

@jackson55 I finally got rid of cable during the pandemic. I’m so glad I did. The money I saved has been amazing.

@jackson55 Well, I do like TV but I’m glad I can have it for less $. 😉

@bijouxbroussard Netflix and Amazon cover just about everything we need.

@jackson55 For me it’s been Amazon, Hulu and Paramount, since CBS was my favorite channel.
