@Aysel the driver of the other car put on a show I think. She was going on and on and left in an ambulance. Oh, by the way, she was driving a loaner car, it wasn’t even hers. I was wondering if she had another accident and got the loaner till her car is fixed.
@SW-User So many in Oklahoma City area do not have even basic liability insurance. They are told when they buy a car to get full-coverage insurance and they say they will and some end up totaling their car saying they couldn’t afford full-coverage. Then they have to scrape and find someone willing to sell them another car after they pay off the first one. And I have worked with two people at the car lot where I used to work that got hit by illegals and they didn’t have insurance. So who pays for it if they don’t have full-coverage? The one who got hit by them.

@SW-User here too. The responsible people pay for it all. There are so many illegals in the county jail that the police don’t want to arrest them for not having an insurance card even when they cause an accident. That is rotten.
