Recently with my migraines, when I lay down I can hear the blood rushing through my head and ij get a weird ring in my ear. Does anyone else get that?

I did go to a urgent care the other week and my blood pressure was normal. 😐

Have you ever gotten checked for high blood pressure? It can cause bad headaches that sometimes feel like migraines.
