Well, in a way it is. Air bags reinforce safety if you get in a crash.
In fact, they are so safe that many auto companies have had to recall millions of cars to replace airbags that may be faulty and explode.

Of course they didn't know the air bags were faulty until a few years later when serious injuries or deaths resulted.

This has nothing to do with a vaccine though :D I mean the vaccine will never backfire or anything.
