If you stare at one spot and don't avert your gaze, you can make it "stop moving"

To be fair, I haven't spent a really long time staring at the image. It hasn't moved once though, no matter how many times I click back on the post...and stare at it. 🙃

@Piper Congratulations! I can only see it move when my laptop is hooked up to a monitor with a fairly wide screen. On my laptop screen and on my phone, nothing happens.
