My heart waxes and wanes like the moon,
Ebbing and flowing to the tide of your whims.
You push; I pull.
I harden my defenses; you soften your approach
As we continuously dance (or maybe battle) with desire and energy and connection.
The bond of our chemistry has me stuck in passion's prison with you.
