Well no, it's not. It's trying to arouse romantic (and most probably sexual) interest on purpose. It's wild, it's intense and it's erotic.

I don't accept mental flirting, not even wishful thinking.

Let's explore what exactly it means to flirt and consequently what innocence means:

arouse:
http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=arouse&allowed_in_frame=0
1590s, "awaken, stir to action" (transitive), from a- (1) "on" + rouse. Related: Aroused; arousing.

http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?allowed_in_frame=0&search=innocent

mid-14c., "doing no evil; free from sin, guilt, or moral wrong," from Old French inocent "harmless; not guilty; pure" (12c.), from Latin innocentem (nominative innocens) "not guilty, blameless; harmless; disinterested," from in- "not" (see in- (1)) + nocentem (nominative nocens), present participle of nocere "to harm," from *nok-s-, suffixed form of PIE root *nek- (1) "death" (see necro-).

If the point of flirting is to arouse romantic or sexual interest in someone else, then how can this coherently exist in the world of innocence? It can't (especially mark the definition there 'disinterested', which is the opposite of flirtatious, i.e. 'interested'). Consequently, you cannot be flirting without the intent of stirring to action (much like the popular disproved fallacy of 'guns kill people' vs 'people kill people' - the real value lies in intent, much like the intent in flirting is to stir action).

Philosophy has once more proven its use; to debunk falsehood and to find the truth.

@divide: I predicted this lack of education and intelligence. I shall discuss with people who are actually worth it.

@Existentior: They won't listen, no matter what. Its damaging to social structure.
@divide: Kudos for curiously inviting people to discuss a topic and then when people provide discussion, you refuse it.
@YOLO1: I gathered as much indeed, my YOLO friend.
