Should guys pay on the first date? Or girls? Or split bill

In my opinion it does not matter :) If they pay, I can pay next time. If I pay, then I wont mind as long as they treat me too sometime if there are more dates to come. Splitting the bill is okay, but sometimes I'd like to treat the other person completely. :)
