When I was that age I remember going dancing. Yes even in Wyoming where the population density is practically nill!

I really don't know of any such places now. For any age group. It's a combination of those things that caused this.

If a bar has a dance floor at all, it's almost non existent in size.

Some of this has to do with commercialism. It's not cost effective they claim. It's more cost effective for seating. And to heck that even that extra seating isn't used. They don't want to pay for the music to dance. All music now has a royalty.

I kinda wonder if the guys haven't gotten gunshy. The legal ramifications and ruinous expenses of what can happen if you get too close to another person and things go sideways are profound even before marriage. Then there is the whole red pull / blue pill thing.
