dating is a privilege you will have to work hard for and earn. they are concerned about your safety. your parents do not want a visit from the police saying you will never come home. this happens in sooo often. the persons you want to go out with will have to earn your parent's trust. they should come over and visit with you\them. have a movie\pizza night or boardgame night in your home. volunteering and doing chores cheerfully without complaint will go a long way earning the dating privilege. @Jasmine2026 yes! Always! My father had to meet him and I had to be with a trusted friend or older cousin.
