Out Of My Hands
I no longer have to decide whether Shane is the right fit for me because he broke up with me.
He is saying it’s because his daughter is now moving in with him full time. Whether that’s true or not it makes no difference. I don’t believe him because he’s been pulling back and his energy had shifted.
While he was pulling away Rob had been sending me good morning texts and asking about my day. I had told Rob I was seeing Shane and he said he was happy to be friends.
This week when my car broke it was Rob giving me advice and offering to take me car shopping while Shane said he knew nothing about cars but knew i’d figure something out.
I dyed my hair yesterday but it didn’t come out as bright as I wanted it to. Shane said I should chuck more dye at it and Rob said he bets it’s still looks awesome.
I was having major second thoughts, feeling guilty and confused as fuck as to what had caused the bubble to burst so soon with Shane.
I’ve just got back from watching the new Demon Slayer with Rob. At least I don’t have to feel guilty for liking him now. Though I probably have ruined my chances there.
