If you call a guy 'cute', does that mean you don't intend to have sex with him (ever)?

A girl just told me this: "If a girl calls you cute, that means you will not get laid". Also, if that's true.. for what reasons is it true?

I'm curious about this one.

If it's about something he did that was cute, no not true for me. If I call HIM cute, probably true. It's not black and white.
