Pregnant with Step-Brother

What are everyone thoughts of getting pregnant and having a baby with the step-brother? Is it wrong in your eyes? Is it taboo?

and incase you're wondering, no, it's not me. It's someone I know.

There isn't any blood relation there so I personally don't see why not. I'll probably get flamed for that, but oh well.
I've spent a good portion of my life in Japan, and very little is "taboo" there. I'm going back again in Feburary for at least 6 months 👍
