So I met him about 4 years ago

We met at a public place for safety but I wasn't interested because he came on to strong. He has tried me to connect with him for 4 years, I had just got out of something and here he is again showing up in my life. I didn't want anything I kept telling him he caught me at a bad time every time he would try to get with me. Well this time he talked me into it and I am glad he did. He has taxed me everyday with a goofy pic of himself and we haven't officially went on a date. He keeps saying he feels a connection with me and I know all this could be just something he's saying. I am trying to keep an open mind and let things happen. Can't wait where this road leads me. He also said maybe it's the right time. So I am keeping my eyes open and taking this a day at a time.
