I think I'm going to give up
This is the first year I've only dated. Before that it was one long-term relationship to the next for 15ish years. And I feel like they have all been disappointing haha.

What happened to the balloon guy!!
I think dating is extra hard these days, because of the way people can throw you away for another so easily.
Plus we're in that age range where people that are capable of stable relationships are in one and haven't left, so we get the avoidant men and overly anxious ones.
And we're working on ourselves, but a lot of men don't 😬😬
I'm also feeling hopeless. And was the same as you, just long term relationships back to back for 14 or so years. And now nobody seems to stick for very long
