What's the point of loving a lot of people just be single at that point if that's what you want.

You can love multiple people and want to share a life with the collective individuals at the same time.

@chickiegirl95 sounds like bs to me.

I think the words "owned by one individual" is kinda wrongly used, because this would mean your body is being "owned" by many other people....in poly state.
chickiegirl95 · 26-30, F
@DarkXtecy the thing is you aren't restricted to one person as a poly individual that's what I mean by "owned"
DarkXtecy · 36-40, M
@chickiegirl95 I get that and its understandable since thats what poly relationship is all about, but still the concept of the word "owned" still does not fit right. Its more like sharing trust, with someone you belive in. To be owned feels more like a one way dynamic relationship.
It paints a rather crude image, when its not, single relationship is also a beautiful thing for some people. People do feel free even in single relationship, its hard to explain in an emotional level, but thats how it is.

Not sure being owned by someone is psychologically sound, (unless its your kink to be owned).
Healthy relationships are about the freedom and security you create for each other.
Polyamories can be as simple, or as complex, (if not more so), as dyadic relationships.
Personally, from what ive seen, they can be tumultuous, as it only takes one jealous person to disrupt the dynamic .

@OogieBoogie by owned I mean the possessiveness over someone's body. The jealous behavior. The only being allowed to have sex with one individual
The problem with human nature is that it's possessive, I can guarantee that one of your partners will eventually want exclusivity.
@chickiegirl95 Years and years to a 29 year old? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🙄
