Yeah... I'd be reporting that as workplace bullying. I had a 40yo fat fuck calling 16yo Hooty a midget. I told him to stop because I don't appreciate being bullied and he wouldn't stop.
We were both trainees at the time - so I waited for my assessor to come to see me and I told her what was happening... they hauled him in the back room and said something to him. He came out as white as a sheet and never called me a midget again.
