Is there a reason why my girlfriend is so clumsy?

She knocks things over a lot and bumps into things and people, apparently she's been like this since she was a kid. Apparently it runs in her family with the women.

@SW-User I guess, her mom is just as clumsy and got some broken bones because of it when she was younger, it's seen as a curse. My girlfriend got a bloody nose once from a revolving door to the face., I feel bad and try my best to look out for her.
