Is it normal to feel nervous about inviting someone to your home?

I've started to really like him.
But his behaviour has been so disciplined and respectful that I've become nervous.

I'm paranoid that my place isn't tidy or clean enough.

I feel like I want to cancel tbh.

My home has a lot of issues, and I feel like it will just disappoint him.

Obviously being judged by others in the past doesn't help!

I never feel like this but he's made me this become a big deal.

I think that maybe that you are reading too deep into this. If he loves you for you then he wont care about your surroundings and if he does then he's not the right one.

@IndianaJoes Well I kinda killed myself washing my carpets, and cleaning every last bit of nook and cranny.
Which was good as it paid off he said my home was cosy.
And he felt comfortable.
It's not perfect but it does the job.
