Is it normal to feel nervous about inviting someone to your home?

I've started to really like him.
But his behaviour has been so disciplined and respectful that I've become nervous.

I'm paranoid that my place isn't tidy or clean enough.

I feel like I want to cancel tbh.

My home has a lot of issues, and I feel like it will just disappoint him.

Obviously being judged by others in the past doesn't help!

I never feel like this but he's made me this become a big deal.

maybe you can sit down and talk with him about your situation before making any decision. but keeping clean and tidy place is equally important for yourself.

@lakshsony my place isn't dirty but to eliminate any possibilities of him seeing something I may have missed I gave it all a good blitz.
And it paid off.
He said it was cosy and comfortable
