@RoxClymer This one I struggle with. I can see what should be done and I really want to power on and do it, even if it really isn’t my place. I need people around me who can say ‘no’ to me and help me be uber-clear about what is my job and not thrash around doing other people’s jobs. One of the best gifts of competent leadership in a crisis is role clarity.

i was a meticulous person until everything changed on an unexpected dating app, sugarbook. never once had i thought of engaging so much with someone i met online. our relationship got closer even before i realized it. without thinking much i just went with it. no regrets!!

I think about it, possibly too much. Part of my career was in risk management, and it is hard to avoid analyzing situations and options.
