My relationship is draining
I’ve been dating someone for a few months and it was fun in the beginning but now it’s just draining.
It feels like they prioritize their work before me and every time I want to go out with them I’m always the one to ask.
I’ve also tried spending time with them at their house or having them come spend time at my house but they always have some shitty excuse as to why they can’t. They insist on meeting up in public spaces and it feels like they’re doing something behind my back.
I get jealous at my cousin’s and sister’s relationship because the spend time with their partners all the time. It is my first romantic relationship and this isn’t what I expected it to be.
I try to be understanding where I can but it’s becoming more and more difficult to do so. I don’t want to leave them because it feels like if I do nobody will ever love me romantically. I don’t know what to do and some constructive advice would help a lot.
