It all depends. If shes into you she will like to hear what you have to say but if shes not into you she might reject you it depends on how bad she will reject you.

@Lilbaby2pac The way you worded your post it sounds like you want to tell a woman that you have romantic feelings for her if you do this one of two things will happen. She will welcome those feelings because the feelings are mutual or she does not feel the same way if thats the case it might create awkwardness and she may more may not distance herself from you.
