Okay ladies I met this girl at work we had a great talk I made her laugh we have similar interests how do I ask her out?

There's so much to address in such a short post, primarily:
1a. Your profile indicates you've been an adult for well over 30 years.
1b. Figure it out.
2a. Just because you made someone laugh and have similar interests with someone
with whom you work does not mean you should ask her out.
2b. In fact, don't.
3. As an HR professional, I don't want this woman in my office filing a complaint about you. The results won't be good for you.
