It's natural for a man to look at other women. We are physical beings.
It's a man's intention and actions, beyond the looking, that tell you what kind of man he is.

I don’t mind him looking. Everyone notices other attractive people.

It’s when exes were so tactless that the gf has to pretend she’s fine with it, pretend she doesn’t notice, or criticized for not being fine with it. Definitely disgusting when they try to flirt.
