I got a knockback on a dating site - wow

This is bizarre. Actually chatted to a real person via a dating site (another woman) and when she found out I don't ride motorcycles that was the end. We'd met up once so she's a Real Person (tm).

I've never done it, but would like to learn, then I can study up on my Zen factor. It's like people saying 'beach is my happy place' which is code for 'if you do not like the beach you can go and fcuk off'. Or 'you must love dogs' because every second single mature woman substitutes human companions with fur babies and they are always first priority over a human lover. ;-)

Many people are extremely closed minded. They cannot abide someone who is not exactly like themself. I’d say you dodged a bullet there. Also one of my red flags on a date is someone who expresses extreme opinions on any topic. It might seem like a passionate thing to do but all it shows is rigidity and intolerance. Not good traits in a potential mate.
