What does this mean

I was meant to meet a girl today at 1pm.

She told me last night, she would message in the morning but i felt like she wouldnt. Its past 1, and she hasnt even messaged me back or anything?

Whatever you do, do not get in contact with her. Move on. If she contacts you again for whatever reason don't get over excited and commit to meeting her again so soon. And don't even it up that she never did as she said she would. Keep her at a distance and make her Chace.
