If you met someone and started dating them. After dating them for a little while, you asked them if they have ever cheated on their significant other and they were honest and said yes. Would you ask them why they did and if you were able to live with their answer, would you still date them?

Yes, I don't know about a double-life kind of cheater, but I think many people have cheated at some point... I'm not perfect myself and I know every relationship is different, so if I liked somebody enough to date them I don't think this would bother me much.

No it would not bother me.For most people it understandably could be a deal-breaker but as I cheated on all my boyfriends and men in reIationships including married guys have cheated on their partners with me I will never hold anyone to the never cheat standard.

I know for many people, cheating is completely unacceptable, and that's their choice. But I think we need more understanding on why it happens and be less judgemental. Each has their own reasons why. Some reasons are completely selfish and others not so much.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Maybe if they had done it many many years ago when they were young, but not if they had cheated in the last 5-ish years.
