@Alison Doesn't that come with issues for you as a trans woman, though???
When I was younger and thought that I might be trans, I tried talking to men to assess what life might be like for me post (hypothetical) change... and one response that was common to me was "I'll never sleep with a trans person".
Of course, I learned pretty quickly that they couldn't look past the gender that this person was assigned at birth - which helped me to see that I had to hide the fact that I am not a woman, too.

@Alison Yeah, that's been part of my struggle - just getting a guy to respect me for who I am... regardless of if I'm feeling more masculine or more feminine.
Makes no difference to me... I'm still me - and, when I'm in a relationship, I'm still his. That could be part of the reason why I find it so difficult to define myself in a way that makes sense to others.
It's just so easy for me to be a person than it is for me to try and find something else that fits me and feels right to me... either that or I stopped trying to find a gender that fits all occasions a long time ago because no one would accept me for who I am.
