How do I open up to her without smothering her?

I got to know a nice woman who I feel comfortable with, and I'm a talktative man. On the other hand quite some things are going on in my life and I want to appear unconcerned around her. How do I introduce her to my issues?

Its great that you are talkative , as most women prefer a man who is upfront with them.

So not to smother I would suggest discussing your issues by gradually phasing them into discussions over a period of time. Starting with the ones bothering you most.
