If you're on a first date with someone who is more interested in their phone than you, do you get up and leave?

I would ask him to put his phone away and remind him that he is on a date with me.I understand that it could be an emergency when he receives a call but other than that his attention should be on me.
If he persists in playing with his phone for no good reason I will tell him he blew it and leave.
