The ones that I've noticed are successful are able to talk a lot and have a lot to talk about, that is a lot of interesting things going on in their life.

Product placement and edit, edit, edit. Chop it up as much as possible, til you sound completely unnatural.

I do but it's different goal in mind. Takes a while to create something for the videos.
