Is it racist to raise your children to not date a certain race?

What I care about is that my kids find love and are happy! I prefer them to marry Christians because God will hear their prayers and have a certain protection and grow up in a Godly family! But I will always support their decitions no matter what! Because they are adults!
However It is easier to be married to someone like yourself because they understand you more! If a mate is from a different culture, race, social economic class, educational background, it’s very hard! I married someone from the same race but a different culture and he didn’t understand me at all! Each culture has their own ways and marriage is hard to begin with!
